During the weekend, Ovenstone109 opens its doors to the public, serving not only their fantastic range of beers but also exceptional meals prepared by Chef Callum. I must give a special mention to his burgers, which are some of the best I’ve tasted. The secret? The quality of the beef, sourced from Ardross Farm, a local family-run farm known for its commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming practices. This includes grass-feeding their livestock, a practice known to enhance the quality and flavour of the meat. This, paired with Chef Callum’s skill and creativity, results in burgers that are nothing short of sensational.
