How long we retain your data
When you phone us, we collect your name and phone number. These are stored temporarily until we have completed the service we have provided to you. We do not store your number for longer than 1 week without your permission.
For regular customers we may store your name, and any contact details that you have provided. This data is not shared with any third parties. This data will be removed on request, or if a customer has not used our services in a 6 month period.
We use CCTV dashcams in our vehicles, interior and exterior.
Our exterior camera is front facing and records footage for 24 hours. Exterior footage is not reviewed or monitored.
Our interior camera records footage and audio for 24 hours. Interior footage is not reviewed or monitored.
Both interior and exterior footage & audio is wiped automatically after a 24 hour period. Footage will only be retained if requested by the authorities to do so, in case of an accident, or in case of a claim. Footage will only be retained for the duration of any legal requirements placed upon us.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have shared personal data with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
